We would highly recommend Shira David Stern as an agent. Shira went well above and beyond the call of duty on our behalf, arranging and attending our photoshoot on a public holiday, rolling up her sleeves to help finish tidying and styling. She happily conducted inspections on Sundays and arrived early to make sure everything looked its best. Shira continually impressed us with her professionalism, reliability and willingness to do that little extra. She was accommodating at all times and always showed curtesy to us and our tenants. We would certainly use Shira again should we sell in the future.

Working with Shira has been a joy, from start to finish. Not only is she a delightful person, but she is a committed, diligent professional whose intelligence enabled her to explore every possible opportunity to market my property well. I could not have asked for more. I cannot recommend her highly enough and have already praised her to many.

Shira was a delight to do business with, always smiling,so helpful and very professional, would'nt hesitate to use her again. She is a credit to your business. Regards Andrew Melling.

Shira is the most honest, hard working, creative and smart agent that we could have wished for. Her personal touch and her commitment was beyond all our expectations and made a stressful sale into a great experience for us. I would definitely recommend Shira to all my friends. Thank you.

Shira is the epitome of professionalism. She exceeded all my expectations and provided an outstanding result in a much shorter time frame than I anticipated. In a poorly performing market for unit sales, Shira achieved an outstanding price for my property. She has excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for marketing strategies. I have no hesitation in recommending her as a selling agent and will use her again in future.

An extremely efficient and seamless purchase

"We were very happy with Shira from Elite. She was both friendly and professional, she explained every step in the selling process before we listed and again throughout the sale. Shira was very open to listening to us and taking our suggestions and ideas on board and wasn’t at all pushy when it came to setting the price or negotiating the sale. We found her to be extremely hardworking and she definitely put in 100% effort to sell our property. We would be keen to list with Shira again in the future and recommend her to anyone looking at selling their property.”

Shira actually did what the other agents just promised to do. My apartment was one of many for sale in the same block and although the competition was tight Shira, through sheer hard work and tenacity, managed to get me a multiple offer situation with 3 potential buyers ensuring that I got the highest possible price and in just 4 weeks. Before Shira took on my property it had been with another agent for well over a year. Shira had brought through more potential buyers in a month than the last agency had brought through in a year. She was always available to answer questions and provide me with feedback on how each inspection had gone. Shira followed up with any potential purchasers and in the case of our buyer not just until they had signed a contract but throughout our extended settlement period. I can highly recommend Shira and will definitely use her again in any future property sales I have.
