Stephen managed some complex issues as I sold my investment property with tenants in situ. I achieved a record price at Auction. Steven did all the hard bits. Really hard bits I guess. Friendly, professional, flexible, experienced, slick, perfect. Just perfect in every possible way. Especially on Auction Day. How do you manage 100’s of people all at once. I can’t. How do you keep tenants happy while those hundreds of people are going through your things? I have no idea. How do you achieve a record price, hundreds of thousands of dollars above expectations when my property is not presented to perfection. I have not got a clue. He co-ordinated/ handled all of it and took me along for the ride. I was smart enough though. I got the perfect person for the job. Thats all it took. He took care of the rest. I congratulate Steven on his superb handling of all aspects of the sale of our home. He was extremely professional, helpful and informative through the whole process. Steven followed up on all enquiries, leads and at the same time kept us informed every step of the way.
