From the 'get-go' Susan was on the ball. Was one of the few agents that answered my inspection request within the day ! I found her highly professional, realistic in expectation, and easy too talk too. Susan builds an immediate rapport and confidence as a seller. She say it as it is and given the current 'unit glut' in Brisbane I see that as a huge positive. In a tough market Susan had no issue driving to rural Sunshine Coast to secure my contract.
