The staff at Belle property were warm and accomodating for our first home purchase, which was at times the most stressful experience I've ever been through. We frequently needed information and support, and the staff at Belle came through on time without fail. Very pleased with the overall experience and can recommend their business as a result.

Susan and her support team of Georgina and Sam have been totally professional and great to work with. Susan provided us with a great understanding of the market prior to signing up with her. Our house was only on the market a few days, but we appreciate the considerable amount of effort completed prior to get us an outstanding result. Susan has been extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us and understood our needs and expectations.
Susan has now sold both of our units. She is highly professional, honest, easy to communicate with very knowledgeable. She made the house selling process a piece of cake, not one little hiccup. Would highly recommend to anyone, north or south side.
Dealing with Susan and Georgina was like a dream, great communication, weekly reports, simply smooth operation and very pleasant to deal with, thanks you Susan and team.
Susan acted on our behalf to sell our home. It was a truly enlightening period. No matter what was thrown at us during the clean up, Susan had an answer and was always available to help. Susan went above and beyond the call of duty and it's because of her that the sale of our home was such a positive and rewarding experience.
Susan was the only agent we saw who clearly wanted to go above and beyond to get the best price possible for our house. No doubt in my mind the great price we got in the end was because of her hard work, guidance and advice. Thanks Susan!
