Terry approached us asking "what do i need to do to sell your property". He was determined and we thought if approaches the sale with that same determination he is the agent for us. Terry was accomodating in all aspects of arranging the contract and was prepared to listen to our requests. He provided us with continuous feedback via text, stats/data and phone calls which were genuine and yet casual. Right up to point of sale Terry respected our opinions and decisions and really acted as a conduit between us and prospective buyers. If I was to be selling another property at any time, Terry would be my first contact.
