Thelma went above and beyond in the negotiation of the sale of my son Jack's unit. As Jack was in Darwin, I handled this on his behalf. It was made that much easier by Thelma's vast experience and knowledge. This was a particularly difficult sale as there was a tenant involved who had recently moved in and my son wanted to sell. Thelma's skills in negotiating not only with the purchaser and the tenant and assisting all parties in coming to a very satisfactory resolution was amazing. I could not fault her in any way. Thelma definitely went above and beyond and we would highly recommend her.
