Thom is easy to talk to and responds quickly. He was always very helpful when we had questions, and made time for us to measure different parts of the property to plan our move-in. I only gave 4 stars because he was quite pushy in the first couple of weeks after the seller accepted our offer, and contacted us and our bank a number of times asking when we'd be making the deposit and when the building inspection would happen. It made the process more stressful than it needed to be.
