Tim was fantastic to work with from the moment I called. I’m so appreciative of the time he and Craig spent with me both pre-sale and afterwards. They are professional and most importantly, honest. I would highly recommend Belle Blairgowrie to anyone thinking of selling, or even buying.
On the weekend prior to going into the last lockdown in Victoria, I bought a house in Rye. Tim was the sale agent. I live in Melbourne, 100k away from the place that I bought, therefore I was unable to visit. Tim’s professional support was second to none, assisting through this though period and beyond settlement. Very impressed.
TIM BRADLER HAS BEEN FANTASTIC, VERY CARING AND CONSIDERATE WITH MY ELDERLY PARENTS PROPERTY, AND SUPPORTIVE TO ME.
Tim was extremely couteous, friendly and understanding this was on top of great local market knowledge, clear communciation, and professionalism. Tim made himself available to us and took time to listen to our requirements. In a rapidly changing market Tim gave good sound advice that we greatly appreciated. We would have no hestitation in recommending Tim to others. Thanks Tim for all you have done.
We were impressed by Tim’s professionalism, friendliness and thoughtfulness. He was very genuine in trying to help both sides make a deal.
Tim kept me updated throughout the entire process and appeared to know his prospective buyers and their motivators extremely well. Tim was alway polite and respectful and I appreciated the lack of ‘conditioning and sales spin’ as we approached Auction day. Having sold many properties over the years and having dealt with many agents, Tim definitely sets a great benchmark for the industry. I did have concerns around the Online Auction process (as opposed to onsite), and the potential lack of theatre negatively impacting the energy and momentum. I needn’t have worried as Tim somehow worked the energy remotely, the online system was easy to navigate and it felt very similar to an on-site event. Tim is honest, he knows the market better than most and he is hungry to achieve the best result possible for the vendor. I am thrilled that Tim was able to exceed my ‘champagne’ price and, overall, selling through Tim was an extremely positive experience. I highly recommend him and the Belle Property group.
It was a professional campaign, from start to finish. Tim was always in touch and provided guidance at every step. The auction was well run and our interests were always top priority. I can confidently recommend Belle Property and Tim for anyone looking to sell on the Mornington Peninsula. A great team, excellent results
Tim was so approachable and helpful with every aspect of my purchase. Tim was so easy to communicate with. Always went “the extra mile!” He couldn’t have made my purchase easier. Thanks so much Tim for your honest easy manner.
Tim has been the consummate professional from the moment we purchased our property in Blairgowrie in Oct 2021. He has made himself available at every request from us and has also helped us willingly with any question we asked him. He has a friendly manner, and a ‘can do’ attitude. Our dealings with Tim have been made easy due to his thorough knowledge of the property and the area we bought in. I could not recommend Tim more highly.
Tim was informative, helpful, understanding throughout the campaign. He achieved a great result for us through his hard work and dedication. I would highly recommend Tim from Belle Property!
