I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tim and Nicole Bradler over the last 8 years or so! Nicole managed the rental of the property from holiday rental to permanent tenants. I was living in NSW so I relied heavily on Nicole for my eyes on the property at all times. Highly recommended. I started chatting to Tim about a year ago about the Blairgowrie property market and he always gave me honest advice and kept me in check with my unrealistic goals. His 20 years + experience certainly shone through during the past months. From my minor renovating (Painting and Floors + Garden), Tim always gave me the best tips to get the top dollar. "I will get you top dollar!" A regular sentence i would hear from Tim. * amongst our 5 calls a day during the campaign. We then hit lockdown the day after my photos were taken and VIC shut down ALL inspections. Tim always sore the positive in the situation, and said, "There will be nothing new on the market, its a good thing" My two week campaign grew beyond my expectations, We have over 40 bidding registrations and the property was never inspected. The day before my Auction, Tim gave his advice on the reserve and we agreed on a lower price than I thought because he always advised that the property is worth what the market will pay for it. It will take care of itself. WELL, thanks to Tim's plan and patience with a lunatic vendor like me, LOL, we sold the property at auction for 450K over the reserve. Yes, you can imagine how good that was!!
