Tim first appraised our property over 4 years ago, and gave us regular updates on the market. When final decision was made to sell, it was easy to go to Tim and his team. Selling the family home can be daunting, but Tim, Craig and the team guided us really well through the whole process, including lockdowns. Communication, advice, guidance, support….excellent. Could not recommend more highly.
We have found dealing with Tim in the purchase of a property at Blairgowrie has been easy and stress free, Tim has always been easy to contact and has followed through as promised on every occasion.
In all aspects of our house sale, Tim was diligent, resourceful, attentive and easy to work with while negotiating a price with which we were very happy.
Tim is very experienced and has a great knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula market. Tim's attention to detail and follow up with prospective purchasers was the key to our outstanding result. As a consequence, I have already recommended Tim to a number of my professional and social contacts.
We had a great experience buying our house with Tim (and Craig). Professional, personable and great customer service.
We have worked with Tim on 2 property settlements (both buying and selling) and found his knowledge and experience to be excellent. We would highly recommend Tim as a property agent.
With over 500 property transactions under my belt, I have met many agents. Tim Bradler goes above and beyond. His willingness to assist after the sales is beyond all. The smallest item is never a concern to him. Although we are respectful to peoples family times, we found ourselves needing some local advice for tradesman and service people - He is available 24/7 and what a difference that makes. I would rate Tim as one of the most professional agents I have the pleasure of transacting property with….. I am available to talk further anytime on this great agent! Regards Michael Jones and Kate Mckimm
Tim was very easy to deal with which made the process straight forward. He is knowledgeable and provided an honest insight into the market.
Even before expressing interest in a Belle property, Tim was extremely generous with his time providing us valuable insights based on his extensive local knowledge. After we bought our property, Tim was a wealth of information and provided ideas for things to consider for our transition to settlement. We are most grateful for Tim’s professionalism and guidance through tricky covid conditions.
Tim was down to earth, professional and very informed during our recent purchase at auction. He obviously knew the owners well and took every care to ensure a good outcome for them and for us. I’d definitely recommend him and his team.
Tim was very great to deal with, very knowledgeable and totally transparent. Nothing was to much trouble and he made himself available for inspections during his busy working day. The Section 32 and Contract was emailed through to us as soon as it was available and on Auction Day he took the time to send us through photos of the sold board as we couldn't be there on the day/ Thanks Tim, eternally grateful for your time.
