Tim was a pleasure to work with in buying this property. He was honest and professional from the moment we engaged him and he went to great lengths to ensure we were always well informed, our questions and requests were always answered promptly and honestly and he made the experience a pleasurable one, thank you. Having purchased many properties over the years Tim is by far the most outstanding real professional I have ever worked with and as such I would recommend him without question, impeccable.

We couldn’t have been happier having Tim as our agent. From well before we put our house on the market with helpful advice on how to present the house for sale right through to the negotiating a great outcome at the end.We were kept informed and updated right through. We’d use Tim and recommend him again , so happy Drew & Alana Miller

Tim is a very professional and well experienced agent. We felt very comfortable in giving him our property to sell as we felt confident in his ability. He has a great attitude and excellent communication skills, making it a positive experience overall for us. We would highly recommend him.

We found Tim to be an efficient and courteous agent that communicated well and in a timely manner. Everything was upfront with no surprises. We can highly recommend his services. He was reliable and gave honest opinions and dealt with all queries in a professional manner. The result at our auction was beyond our expectations thanks to Tim's auctioneering ability.

Working with Tim and the team at Hocking Stuart Blairgowrie has been an absolute pleasure. Tim's market knowledge, advice and guidance were invaluable, and played a major part in achieving a very positive result. I would highly recommend Tim and his team for any real estate dealings on the Mornington Peninsula.

Tim I've been thinking of writing to you anyway to express my total satisfaction with the way you've handled the campaign- keeping me fully informed every week, answering my doubts and queries and instilling great confidence in me at a time in my life when I have been extremely vulnerable. I have valued your support during these last five weeks and will certainly advocate on your behalf should the opportunity arise. My very best wishes Liz Preston

Tim has been incredible to deal with through this entire process. Selling a property is highly emotional and Tim made all aspects seamless. He is the ultimate real estate professional. Tim was honest and transparent through every aspect and we have been so appreciative for all his advise and support. Couldn’t recommend Tim highly enough, this is our second successful sale through this super agent. Thanks Tim!!

Tim was very professional and a pleasure coming to our home. We were very satisfied with our result. We tried to be realistic and were happy on the day with the result. Some of our family were among the crowd on auction day and they thought Tim did a great job of conducting the auction and keeping up the momentum.

We have been very happy with Tim at HockinStuart and those members of his team. Tim gave us excellent advice on how to get the best result in selling our house. We were very happy with the price received for the house and somewhat amazed at how quickly the sale was achieved. Tim has been excellent in his communication with us and most helpful in negotiations with the purchaser in settling on some items of furniture, which again has proved to be very satisfactory. I could not recommend HockingStuart more highly!

I have dealt with Tim twice over the past 10 years as the purchaser of 2 property's. In both cases he was so easy to deal with, officiant, straight back with information and straight up with negotiations. In this case he was able to negotiate a long settlement. I would highly recommend Tim in the future. He is a top agent!

I found Tim to be professional, a skilled communicator and knowledgeable about the market my house was in. He provided me with sound advice and ensured a successful advertising campaign. I can highly recommend Tim to sell your property.

Tim Bradler has to be one of, if not the best agent on the Peninsula. This is the second time we've sold through Tim and his Blairgowrie team as I find when attending other OFI's and Auctions around the Peninsula there are simply far more people at Hocking Stuart listings. From the first call Tim's approach and advice was considered and consultative throughout and the final result Tim achieved left us truly flabbergasted. SOLD within 48 hours from the first OFI for 20% more than what we had hoped for. PLUS this was all diligently communicated to us whilst we were traveling overseas. Unbelievable. So, if you want to sell your property, if you want people at your OFI's, if you want bids at your Auction then you'd better call Tim.
