Tim Bradler has to be one of, if not the best agent on the Peninsula. This is the second time we've sold through Tim and his Blairgowrie team as I find when attending other OFI's and Auctions around the Peninsula there are simply far more people at Hocking Stuart listings. From the first call Tim's approach and advice was considered and consultative throughout and the final result Tim achieved left us truly flabbergasted. SOLD within 48 hours from the first OFI for 20% more than what we had hoped for. PLUS this was all diligently communicated to us whilst we were traveling overseas. Unbelievable.
