I must admit that I was a bit unsure at the start but then became more confident as it started to develop. It was more difficult when we had the tenants there and arranging suitable times for inspections. Once the tenants left and we had the freedom to work on the house and garden then it went smoothly. We were updated after inspections and we found the team very approachable and professional. Special thanks to Paige, Sabina and Wendy. Paige in particular kept us well informed and communicated frequently. It was great to see such a strong female presence in the team. Tim was there for the big decisions- and had the speakerphone on S the team could be involved. The auction ran well. We were worried to begin with but they got us to slightly over the reserve with the 2 final bidders. The flowers, coffee van at the auction and the gin& tonic gift pack were a bonus.
