The decision to advertise and promote the sale of adjoining properties, and then to double up by an extensive marketing campaign was a masterstroke. We had our reservations. However, an excellent result was achieved with record of numbers of interested parties which lead to spirited auctions. Tim was recommended to me and lived up to his reputation. His sales and auctioneer skills were excellent. I just regret not directly witnessing his performance at the auction. The end result was good. We accepted the advice provided on marketing budget and sales approach despite some misgivings. However the advice was correct and the result confirmed his approach. Lesson learnt - when dealing with proven experts, accept their advice.

Tim's team (Spring, Harley and Allison) were excellent, always communicative without being invasive. Feb-July 2019 spanned the Federal election, causing market jitters, but Fletchers 'stood their/our ground' and waited for the upturn before charging back in (so to speak). The Vendors (unable to do this themselves due to age and health reasons) were very, very happy with the sale price we achieved.
