Feb-July 2019 spanned the Federal election, causing market jitters, but Fletchers 'stood their/our ground' and waited for the upturn before charging back in (so to speak). The Vendors (unable to do this themselves due to age and health reasons) were very, very happy with the sale price we achieved.
