Prior to meeting with Mr. Tim Heavyside of Fletchers, Canterbury, we interviewed four different and well-known local Real Estate Agents. Regrettably, none of them met our requirements or standards of expectation. When we met Tim we were most impressed with his ethical and professional mode of conduct. It should be noted that the Auctioneer that won this prestigious award never sold residential properties, but only industrial properties. At the Auction, we realised that we had made the right choice with Tim Heavyside. His demeanour was one of integrity, honesty, competence and enthusiasm as though he was selling his own property.
