Tim was great and patient in explaining all my queries and concerns

Very responsive and easy to contact any time of the day.

Tim and his team did a superb job with the sale of our family house. Would definitely recommend him to other potential sellers in the area.

Achieved close to what we thought, and the service was second to none 👍

Helped both vendor and buyer. excellent work and professionalism.

As purchasers of a property and dealing with Tim Heavyside and his team at Fletchers, we were greatly impressed by Tim’s honesty and openness with the negotiation. He is obviously working to obtain the best result for the vendor, but equally supports the purchaser for the best possible outcome. A win-win for all concerned.

We must express how professional Tim Heavyside and his team are. Tim is a motivated and dedicate agent. His personable approach and attention to detail payed dividends on the sale of our home. Tim has a very polished practice with an excellent support team. Each team member worked very hard to get the best outcome for us. The neighbours expressed how delighted they were with how Tim represented our property and the local neighbourhood during his auction introduction. This displayed to us and all who attended his ability to communicate the best aspects of the property. Tim achieved an excellent result in a tight market. We would not hesitate to recommend Tim Heavyside and Fletchers great service.

Trustworthy and experienced.

Thanks Tim. Very knowledgeable, thorough and honest.

With Tim's significant experience, he and his team were the ones to be able to deliver the result we needed in a difficult marketplace. I had to adjust my expectations in price with the market in decline and Tim guided me along the way. Allison was fabulous assisting with all the administration and Harley and Spring provided great communication throughout the campaign.

Tim is a friendly chap who inspires trust from the moment you meet him. Throughout the campaign he was positive and realistic in a market that was falling. We had to adjust our price expectations however Tim’s ability to negotiate immediately post auction delivered a very satisfactory result and we are most pleased we engaged him and Spring Chen to achieve this. We would highly recommend both Tim and Spring to all prospective vendors.

We had seen Tim in action at a few auctions so we knew how he could empathise with purchasers as the agent and auctioneer. We were marketing at the worst possible time as the media were furiously talking down the market. Tim found a genuine buyer less than a week before the auction date and used his experience and expertise to advise us to look at the offer before auction. He brought us an offer at the high end of our expectations and guided us through the intricacies of the cooling off provisions so that we be in the best possible position should the purchaser decide to withdraw. Thankfully this did not happen and we sold a day before the auction. We are happy and so are the purchasers. I couldn't recommend Tim and Fletchers highly enough.
