With Tim's significant experience, he and his team were the ones to be able to deliver the result we needed in a difficult marketplace. I had to adjust my expectations in price with the market in decline and Tim guided me along the way. Allison was fabulous assisting with all the administration and Harley and Spring provided great communication throughout the campaign.

We had seen Tim in action at a few auctions so we knew how he could empathise with purchasers as the agent and auctioneer. We were marketing at the worst possible time as the media were furiously talking down the market. Tim found a genuine buyer less than a week before the auction date and used his experience and expertise to advise us to look at the offer before auction. He brought us an offer at the high end of our expectations and guided us through the intricacies of the cooling off provisions so that we be in the best possible position should the purchaser decide to withdraw. Thankfully this did not happen and we sold a day before the auction. We are happy and so are the purchasers. I couldn't recommend Tim and Fletchers highly enough.

Market did change significantly from first meeting with Tim. However his experience did guide us to a sale. Now months down the track, the sale price we excepted was a good one.
