Throughout the sale, we were kept informed and provided with great advice and in the end achieved the desired result within a quick timeframe. There are few reasons why I would not recommend Tim Stickley and Barry Plant Noble Park. -The signed agreement included unlimited photos, Tim tried to change to a set number while the photographer was taking photos. -We were not advised Tim was taking annual leave soon after agreement was signed. -Buyer wasn’t contacted to arrange a final inspection, so the property was inspected on a Sunday, the day before settlement. -Records at their office showed settlement a day later than what it was; they asked me 3 days before settlement what date I thought it was.

His sales man - Ejaz Hussain - was very good. Tim didn't seem particularly interested in selling our home in Doveton (more interested in Noble Park area), but Ejaz got a good result.

Tim and Anso from the Barry Plant met all our expectations and more during the whole process of selling our property. I started of with meeting with a few real estate agents to see what my options were, as this process was could be quite daunting especially if this is something new to you. I chose Tim and the Barry Plant team as they was very transparent in their communications, and we didn’t feel pressured into making decisions. With the uncertainty of what’s going on in the current market, they were consistent in their advice, from the outset to the final result.
