Deciding to sell a property during COVID lockdowns was a difficult decision to make. Tim was honest in his appraisal of the property and realistic of it's potential to sell in the COVID market. Tim and his team (Michael Beynon) was always available to provide advice and gave regular updates throughout the process. Despite some roadblocks along the way (through no fault of their own), the house was settled above reserve and I'd have no hesitation to recommend them to others.
