Tim displays market experience and a no fuss presentation

Tim’s knowledge of the greater Dandenong area is excellent. His valuation was accurate. Sold during periods of lockdown which added a layer of complexity and uncertainty. Great communication from Tim and his team throughout.

Deciding to sell a property during COVID lockdowns was a difficult decision to make. Tim was honest in his appraisal of the property and realistic of it's potential to sell in the COVID market. Tim and his team (Michael Beynon) was always available to provide advice and gave regular updates throughout the process. Despite some roadblocks along the way (through no fault of their own), the house was settled above reserve and I'd have no hesitation to recommend them to others.

Tim and his team were very professional and kept us well informed. They were easy to work with throughout the process and achieved our desired outcome. Would definitely recommend him to others looking to sell a property.

Alot of lip service from the agent and had to ride them to get action ... very dissapointing

Tim was very professional, always helpful, very easy to contact, he knows this area I would recommend him for selling any properties.

Tim Stickley and the team sold 3/3 Meet the reserve every time , keep me informed , and rapid responds and sharp communication ! And above all willing to run a marathon to please you

Tim was very easy to deal with. He had a great knowledge of his area and was very eager to make a sale. He outlined a couple of options to sell our property. We chose an online solution and for the most part it worked very smoothly and without undue stress. We got a great result for our sale

Tim was really great, he managed to sell my property through lockdown and Jesse helped him out. I was really pleased with the experience.

Tim was awesome throughout the campaign and listened to my needs. He picked the perfect strategy and saw it through to the end with a great result. Thanks Tim!
