Tim! What a pleasure to have met you, your kindness, great communication and hard work to help us with the sale of our house has been outstanding.

Tim and his team were fantastic throughout the entire sale process. He gave us a realistic understanding of what we could expect, kept us informed and provided us with the guidance we required to be able to make sound decisions. We would certainly recommend Tim and his team.

Tim's road map for how to get the best price for my home, including which advertising to go with, tips to getting the house ready for sale and his knowledge of the local market, helped to achieve a fantastic result From start to finish, I was included in every step of the sales process and I always had the final say, before anything went ahead. This made the whole experience stress free. I definitely recommend Tim and the Barry Plant team (Noble Park) for when the time comes to sell your own home

Tim and Michael worked tirelessly throughout an extremely difrfficult period, successfully managing the sale of our home during 2 very restrictive lockdowns. Against the odds, which could have easily impacted the sales campaign adversely, Tim and Michael's advice and guidance was second to none all the way through. They managed to find the right buyer for our home. Really well done Tim and Michael during extremely difficult times.

One of the best auctioneers I've seen! Strong result under challenging circumstances...highly recommend. Thanks Tim!

Tim was amazing to work with, and he got me the price I wanted, and I 100% recommend Tim

A+++ Would deal with any time

Tim is a very knowledgable and experienced real estate agent. From the beginning of the process of selling our house, Tim was honest and diligent in proving us with all the information an assistance we needed. He was a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic experience with Tim whom together with Daniel sold my father's property and achieved a price that far surpassed expectations despite strict covid lockdown. Excellent service! I was kept fully informed during the whole sales campaign and any questions I had were answered promptly, communication was top notch. Check out Tim's innovative sales strategies which are a step above what most agents offer, you will not be disappointed!

Tim was friendly and professional from the start. His knowledge of the area and the price range was comprehensive. The paperwork was done with a minimum of fuss and was easy to understand. His performance on auction day was fantastic and he achieved a price at the high end of the range predicted. Thanks Tim for a great job.

Tim and Michael , organised a good campaign , kept me informed with regular updates . Covid closures hampered things somewhat , I was happy with the result , it was towards the upper end of set target . I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim and Michael at Barry Plant
