My mum had sold her property 20 years earlier with Stickley family and when the time to sell came up again she was comforted knowing she was back in the hands of Tim. He showed care and compassion to Mum with the sale of her home, and used his knowledge of real estate to advise us on the best possible marketing strategy. We were able to contact Tim at any time and he always patiently and honestly explained his advice so we felt at ease following his direction. He never once made any promise he didn’t deliver on, and when it came to the advertising the price range of the house it was spot on, and the final sale price was the most wonderful result, and this was all because of his knowledge, his transparency, his honesty and his care and compassion. Tim is the sort of agent the new persons to the industry should use as a benchmark. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for everything.
