I feel like I didnt have to worry about anything at all, he recommended the best way to present our apartment, suggested the right people to help us to make renovations and styling of our place. We purchased a home in Wahroonga in August 2017 and didn't settle until November 2017 where Tom was one of the listed Agents . It was a stressful period as we hadn't sold before buying, but Tom was always available and supportive in what was far from a straight forward transaction.
