As a buyer, looking over a long period of time, Tommasina was the only agent to remember what I was after and would consistently send suggestions my way. Her customer service has been exemplary and throughout the purchasing process she has been responsive with questions and accommodating of needs.
Tommasina was lovely to work with on the successful sale of our property in Thornbury. She is very personable and loved our cat which made us like her instantly! Tommasina's professionalism and people skills were essential in negotiating with buyers to get us the result we were after. We highly recommend working with Tommasina and Luke Brizzi.
My wife and I, we thanked Tommasina for selling our unit so quick and easy. In just two weeks, it got sold. We did not have to wait long to sell our unit and even better, we did not need to spend on advertising. We were able to sell our while our tenant was at the end of the finishing the contract. Great job Tommasina. Thank you. Muliadi
Tommasina was the most responsive agent we have ever dealt with. Texts and emails were answered so quickly, despite the time difference as interstate buyers. Buying sight unseen could have been a daunting experience, but her thorough and professional approach gave us the confidence to make an offer and purchase. She was a total pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process and we would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
Tommasina made buying my first apartment very easy! She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and very quick to reply to any questions I had. She was very professional and made me feel at ease the entire time. I would definitely recommend Tommasina to anyone looking to buy!
Tommasina had extensive knowledge of the area and the apartment market. She provided constant positive feedback on all aspects of my property, the tradespeople I engaged and the work that was done. She also assisted in providing her professional advice on improvements that would assist a quick sale.
Tommasina and Luke were an amazing team. Worked incredibly hard to achieve an awesome result. Great communication. Could not recommend them highly enough.
Tommasina is very professional, highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with
We engaged Tommasina after a similar property was sold for a great result. Within 5 mins of a text being sent on a Saturday, Tommasina called us and got the ball rolling. Her professionalism throughout was first class. Contending with two lockdowns Tommasina was clear and concise in her message to us and was able to pivot through an extended campaign and different strategies to suit ultimately leading to an excellent result. We cannot thank Tommasina enough and you would be silly not to engage her services for your next property sale Thanks Tommasina!!
Tommasina is an exceptional agent. She understands the needs of vendor and buyer, and her market knowledge is outstanding. She has been patient, encouraging, always available and responsive. She was a good soundboard and really helped me as a first-time vendor in this tricky lockdown period. Her experience and professionalism led to the optimum results. I highly recommend Tommasina and her team at McGrath.
Tommasina was very professional and friendly. Even with a lockdown Tommasina helped to bring our campaign to a successful end by selling our home prior to auction. We would highly recommend Tommasina Brizzi and her team at McGrath Real estate.
