Tommasina was everything I expect from a Real Estate Agent and more - I would highly recommend her. With excellent communication and follow-up, breadth of information and always available for a chat, text or query, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tommasina to purchase my next dream property. I particularly loved that Tommasina had the perfect balance of keeping me up-to-date about off-market properties, without being in my face. Plus, she's really nice!!! I really loved dealing with Tommasina, and she did a great job of securing my purchase re price, terms and follow up.

My wife and I chose Tommasina to be our agent because she had sold an apartment in the same building previously. This meant she had excellent knowledge of the building, the area, and the potential buyers. Her communication and advice was excellent, and her work ethic outstanding. We followed her advice to start the sales process off market, and we have benefited with a successful sale saving us all of the marketing costs and the effort of preparing the property for market. The sale price met our expectations. We are pleased to give Tommasina our highest recommendation.
Tommasina is absolutely phenomenal! Her dedication, energy and patience is exceptional. It was my first time selling a property and she always kept me updated and guided me through every stage of the campaign. I would highly recommend Tommasina and have every confidence other clients would benefit immensely to have Tommasina sell their property.
