Tommasina is the next best thing to a changing industry. She brings a new energy, ideas & innovation that I have never experienced when working with an Agent. From Go to Woe Tommasina runs a flawless campaign. She leaves no stone unturn, answers calls at all hours of the day/night & will go above & beyond to make sure you have the right buyers inspecting the property & ready to compete for your Home. On Auction Day she absolutely smashed our dream price. From the moment you meet Tommasina you will see she is different & a breath of fresh air from your stereotypical Agents. When Selling call Tommasina, you won’t be disappointed.

Tommasina was professional in all dealings but showed warm heartedness at a time that was stressful. She was able to give information from all prospectives and certianly enabled a very positive outcome...

Tommasina helped us sell our property off market in record time. She was able to get a number of interested parties through the door quickly and efficiently, and ultimately got us a great offer. She kept us in the loop throughout the process and let us know our options should we need to start a marketing campaign. Overall very satisfied and would 100% recommend (again)!

Tommasina’s friendly and approachable manner made selling our first home all the more easier! Knowing potential buyers would be greeted by Tommasina and guided by her expertise made us feel confident that our home would be presented in the best way possible! We achieved amazing results with the help of Tommasina and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

In the lead up to the auction and following it, Tommasina has been very helpful and responsive to my many questions. As it was my first home purchase and auction, Tommasina's friendly assistance has been incredibly valuable, and helped make the overall experience more enjoyable.

When I decided to sell my property I contacted Tommasina for a market appraisal. Her level of professionalism, knowledge of the market, and her calm manner really impressed me. She provided frequent updates throughout the process and I am so happy with the excellent result. I would highly recommend Tommasina to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

Tommasina and Luke were fantastic. Excellent communicators, extremely personable, reassuring and helpful throughout the entire process. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would gladly trust them to sell a property again

I met Tomassina Brizzi, at another "Sold Property" in my local area. Tomassina was very supportive, listed to everything I had to say. "I was very mislead by other local Agents who did not support me in selling my property" Tomassina, was beautiful presentation and very organized and kept updated advice throughout selling property. Tomassina supported me throughout the whole process with everything I needed to know regarding sale of my home. Auction day - my Auctioneer Luke delivered the results I had wished for and went beyond to support and achieve sold results, one would call Luke Brizzi "Expert" certainly knows how to proceed with an Auction to detail with the buyer. Look forward to working with and helping other vendors with the sale of your property, my true experience rating with Tomassina and Luke was 5 stars. Thank you Tomassina and Luke :)

Tommasina was a delight to purchase a property at auction from, she very calmly helped us to sign the contract and discuss next steps - while we were both in a little bit of shock! She also very kindly drove to the property with us so we could take a picture of us putting the sold sign up, highly recommend.

Tommasina made a stressful situation quite seamless. She is always available and went above and beyond to help make sure my goals were achieved with the sale of my property in Thornbury

With clear communication and professionalism, Tomassina and the team at McGrath helped us achieve the best possible outcome. We are thrilled with the result. I highly recommend them.

Tommasina made us feel Comfortable right from the start. We were nervous about the process but with her honesty, transparency and understanding and skill throughout the campaign we knew we had made the right decision going with Tommasina and McGrath. An earlier experience with another agent had frightened and scared us about selling our property but Tommasina assured us she would do her best for us to achieve a successful outcome. She did that and more and we would and will not hesitate now in referring her to each and every person we know who are thinking about listing their property with Tommasina in the future. We will not be able to thank her enough for what she achieved for us.
