After 90 days of letting another agent try and sell this property we were disappointed with the offers and service. Tony contacted us and from the start he impressed, he found the best way to market our property and achieved a great unconditional price. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again!
Tony was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and got the job done. Looking forward to dealing with him again.
Tony was a true professional. His communication throughout the sale was exemplary.
We purchased our property remotely within one day without physically inspecting the house. Tony has helped us throughout the settlement process, even to date he helps us with ongoing queries about our investment property. It has made our above market offer worthwhile.
Tony has been great to deal with for purchasing my first property. Very helpful with process
Hi I would like to thank Tony and Cathy from Ray White East Brisbane for getting my property finally sold. I listed with a competing agent prior and during the course of this disastrous time with the other agency, Tony quietly introduced himself to ma through a mutual friend and indicated let him know if he could be of assistance although he was also respectful of the fact I still had a listing period with the other agency. This competing agency had my listing in Macrossan Avenue, Norman Park for seven months, bringing me two contracts that they failed to hold together, Tony with his hard work and negotiation skills talked me to go to auction and within three weeks I had three contracts prior to the auction, even though they were lower than I would accept the plan was to get them to auction and get a result. Within four weeks the auction was over and I had a result I could accept and I cannot thank Tony enough for his overall efforts. Tony indicated at the time because my property had become stale due to the other agents not bringing me a result in seven months that it was not going to be easy, and it was not but he was true to his word and I achieved what I needed in less than four weeks. When making that real estate decision over which agent, I recommend you listen to Tony and if you give him the listing he will bring you the result and quickly. Thanks Tony and Team. Regards Frank Barfield
Tony and his team were exceptional and very forthcoming with their communication and progress through the marketing and sale of our properties. We could not have wished for a better agent & team working for us. We will work with them again and again and would recommend them to anyone in need, our price expectations along with level of service we expected to receive were both surpassed by admirable margins. I am happy to discuss my experience over the phone should you be considering Tony and the Ray White East Brisbane office.
