Trent is a property manager who each year, completes his Real Estate Institute of Queensland Continuing Professional Development qualification; and each year completes Real Estate Best Practice Training with Real Estate Dynamics, who are the pre-eminent trainer of property managers in Queensland! Trent believes that a superior property manager must focus at all times on a successful financial result for the landlord for whom he acts! No investor buys a property that he/she thinks will be a millstone around their necks, or lose them money in the long term. Trent’s modus operandi is to make your investment property “Work for You!”
Prior to opening his own property management business, Trent Butler LREA has had eight years’ experience as a Senior Property Manager.
In the property industry, Trent holds the following formal qualifications:
Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate) Property Management and Sales
Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate) Real Estate Agents License
