Alison and I just want to take the time to tell you of our appreciation of your dedicated assistance that lead to the sale of our family home of 26 years yesterday. As you are well aware this has been a 12 month undertaking since meeting with you for the first time at an open house in December 2013. From our first meeting with you both Alison and I immediately felt extremely comfortable with your professional yet easy manner and the way in which you conducted business. We had some hiccups along the way that may have disappointed you as well as ourselves but you always remained positive.
