I would never (by choice) buy or sell a property in Brisbane CBD with anyone other than Vish. I bought my apartment in M on Mary from Vish three years ago, a transaction which was well handled, completely hassle free and seemless. When I began to think about selling my property I consulted Vish, he acted as not only an agent, but an advisor, who was truly interested in securing the best outcome for me. Upon his advice we sold my property at an opportune time and sold it for a price that I had not expected. My property sold within 48 hrs of being on the market, which was far quicker and easier than I had ever imagined. Vish is an agent who will work for you, put your best interests first and genuinely cares about all of the interactions that he has with his clients. If you want an agent who is a little quirky and is willing to go that extra mile you cannot go past Vish!
