Bought our new home with Von last year. She was so helpful, fair & communicative throughout that when my partner sold her previous house, Von was the first (& only) estate agent we considered. Again, outstanding service. Fast forward a while, and it was time to sell my previous place too. Guess who got the job? Simple. - Von. I'm not necessarily one to heap praise upon others, but she has been one of the few truly genuine people I have come across in real estate. Von presents a very positive and enthusiastic personality that engages and encourages the client to expect a good outcome. Her enthusiasm is infectious. Some clients could find that their expectations may not be met as their exuberance could overcome a natural reticence to be more cautious. One limiting factor in working with Von is a deficiency in time management. Our experience was that she was frequently late for appointments and that this cascaded across her working day.
