We have just bought a fabulous house in Moorooka through the team at Calibre Real Estate. I say team because although the listing agent was Von, Cherie supported us though the entire process and Leah looked after all our documentation. Cherie made herself available to us 24/7, she never missed our calls, answered all our question and both her and Von reassured us when a few complex issues arose. Our experience with the team at Calibre was absolutely outstanding, I was so impressed I now display their brochures at my work. If you are looking for an honest, caring, thorough and professional Real Estate Agent then look no further because this team will look after you from start to finish" Vicki Ogilvie and Kim Adams.

I have recently purchased a home through Calibre Real Estate with Von Barnes as the selling Agent, I found Von to be very honest, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process, I would highly recommend Von and her staff as selling agents.

Thank you so much, Von, for your unceasing commitment to the sale of our two properties! You had to contend with the tenants from hell, and your persistence never wavered. In the end, we are extremely happy with the price that you achieved for both properties, and will always be grateful that we had you around!

Your hard work and determination was highly appreciative. Thanks for everything

I would like to thank Von for helping to purchase my first investment property. I have settled smoothly because she gave me lots of help promptly such as negotiation with the vendor, communication with the current rental manager and tenant. I hope see you again within a year for the next investment property! Thank you, Von.

Von SOLD two of my properties in record time. Where other agents had failed she got results. I even think she wanted to sell them more than I did. One property had been on the market for more than a year with another agent without result - within one week Von had shown prospective buyers through. The other property sold above market value for the area. Von the Bomb!

Just a quick note to say thank you to both Von and Leah for the exemplary service they have provided us in securing the property at 30 Browns Dip Rd Enoggera. It wasn't easy but through Von's commercially minded approach and Leah's help in the background we got it done. Even when the transaction looked like falling through Von got it back on track with an introduction of a mortgage broker who made sure the transaction was completed. Should a need arise I would be more than happy to act as a referee for the Von and Leah team.

I only have wonderfully positive things to say about both Von and Leah. They were both constantly highly energetic, caring, considerate and worked tireless to achieve our joint objective. I will, without question, ask Von to be my agent in my next endeavour.

As a buyer we found Von responsive, honest and she acted with integrity at all times. She strove (and achieved) to obtain a 'win-win' for both they buyer and seller in our case. We found her approach to be refreshing (not a pushy salesman!), open and outcome-focused. As time-poor, we also valued her responsiveness to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Von for either buying or selling a home.

Von Barnes astounded us with her drive and passion for real estate. Our every contact with Von was full of positivity and enthusiasm for our home and getting it sold. She kept us in the loop at all times, and was more than competent to handle tricky contracts and complex offers. Von went above and beyond what any agent would do to get us the result we needed. She was professional, knowledgable and available to answer any queries we had. We would recommend Von without hesitation; she is truly the jewel in Brisbane's real estate crown and we were so fortunate to have dealt with such an amazing agent. Thank you Von!

We are very happy that it was Von who guided and supported us through the process of buying our first home. She successfully balanced the need to keep everyone's stress levels down while nonetheless moving the sale forward at a brisk pace. She literally exudes energy and passion - both of which are key qualities during any house sale/purchase. Von is a strong and clear communicator with a vocation for making people happy. Importantly, she knows what sells and why. And for those rare times when Von can't be in two places at once, she is very ably supported by her colleague Leah.

Von's contagious enthusiasm and 100% commitment throughout our house sale was exactly the right attitude we were seeking in an agent. Von kept us in the loop at all times, phoned or emailed us with updates, offered her experience and guidance and always ensured we felt at ease. Von presented our home very well to prospective purchasers and she respected our personal belongings at all times. Von's down to earth personality, genuine positive energy and friendly nature is very refreshing. She certainly is a 'stand out' agent. We are very happy with our sale result and we are so pleased to have worked with Von. Dean & Vanessa
