Best of all, she also thinks two steps ahead - even having a plan drawn up to show a potential buyer how they could extend and renovate the house to best potential for their family. If you want to sell a house then Von is who you want selling it. Excited, passionate and accommodating. I have dealt with several agents and most (including a couple who I'd consider friends) are lazy and not willing to go that extra mile, Von is certainly NOT one of those, travelling down from Brisbane to the Gold Coast at difficult times including late at night endeared us to Von. Leah too was great to deal with, her handle on the paperwork side of things was pretty much flawless and was really easy to deal with. I'm being extremely picky here (really picky in fact) but the one negative if there is one, is that once the sale went through I haven't heard from Von since.
