Wally showed that he was not only keen to sell our property but he was able manage the buyer so that we could reach a price that was agreeable to both without losing purchaser interest. One suggestion to Wally or Belle is: After agreeing to choose Belle Property as our selling agents, that we are sent a list of names from administration/ marketing in Belle Property that would be contacting us. To us, we could have easily overlooked the emails as the main title was the name of the person sending the email and not proceeded by the Belle name.
