Wally showed that he was not only keen to sell our property but he was able manage the buyer so that we could reach a price that was agreeable to both without losing purchaser interest. When selecting Wally from other agents that we interviewed ( 5 others) we felt he showed a genuine interest and included Charmaine as part of his team package. At no stage did we feel that he would be complacent to sell "just another property" and this was a characteristic that set him apart from other agents. One suggestion to Wally or Belle is: After agreeing to choose Belle Property as our selling agents, that we are sent a list of names from administration/ marketing in Belle Property that would be contacting us. To us, we could have easily overlooked the emails as the main title was the name of the person sending the email and not proceeded by the Belle name.

The purchase had the potential to be very difficult as we are interstate and could not travel to Victoria due to Covid restrictions but it was made very doable due to the willingness of the agents to facilitate on line viewing and assisting with a walk through of the premises.
