The purchase had the potential to be very difficult as we are interstate and could not travel to Victoria due to Covid restrictions but it was made very doable due to the willingness of the agents to facilitate on line viewing and assisting with a walk through of the premises. In addition to this, the whole process of submitting an offer pre-auction and negotiating the sale was painless and beyond our expectations.
We recently purchased a property that Wally was selling. From the first viewing with him right through to the auction, he was super helpful, sincere and accomodating. It was refreshing to have an agent that knew so much about the area and was attentive to our needs.
Walter and the team at Belle, From the bottom of our hearts we want to say thankyou. From our first meeting your care, your advice and your expertise made the sale of our properties effortless and beyond successful. You really are the best in the business and we wouldn't hesitate recommending you to anyone wanting to sell their property. We can't thankyou or praise you enough
Agent was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and always available to discuss options. Despite the challenging COVID environment, the agent was flawless in his approach and determined to achieve the best possible result.
Walter was a fantastic agent. This was my first purchase which can be quite a daunting experience! However, Walter was super helpful, answered all of my questions and explained the process in great detail.
Responsive, upfront and honest to deal with
Excellent- professional, customer focused and good at their job.
We chose to deal with Walter Summons and Charmayne Dully as we believed they had realistic expectations for the sale of our property and that they would provide attentive, professional service. We were correct.
Walter has been excellent in helping us secure the property, and continues to help us get additional details on the property. Walter is very pleasant to work with and very supportive in providing guidance and support.
Walter, was professional, punctual and his communication with me I'd describe as excellent
