As prospective buyers over the last year, we got used to real estate agents misquoting, being vague or not disclosing information, not communicating well and wearing too much cologne. As the vendor, working with Wally and his team was very refreshing, as we did not experience any of this. From the outset, Wally gave us accurate and realistic price expectation guidance, fantastic advice on how to style our house for sale, excellent quality marketing (photography, online presence and copywriting) and clear and concise updates on interest in our property throughout the campaign. Importantly, we were also not at all pressured to 'lower our reserve' going into the auction on the day. We had many friends who had their price expectations strategically beaten down by their agent leading into the auction day. We couldn't recommend Wally and the Hocking Stuart team more highly. Wally Summons did a wonderful job selling our Prahran unit. Wally was realistic about the value of our property and provided data to back his valuation.
