As property sellers, my wife and I thought it important to be aware and in accord with the sales and marketing process, and to be kept informed of developments as they occurred. We found Wally to be an excellent communicator. He was attentive of our requests, and provided us with helpful updates immediately following every Open Day. Hocking Stuart’s approach was to meet with the sellers in the week leading up to the Auction primarily to outline the strategy henceforth, and during the actual auction. At that meeting Wally was most helpful with his summation of all inspections and with his observations of the various prospective purchasers. On the day of the auction he was particularly attentive to us and as a result our demeanour was relaxed rather than tense. This was very much appreciated.
