Walter has sold 2 properties for me now, both in the current flat market, and both achieved great results. Walter is an excellent communicator and is fair and transparent with both the seller and buyer which encourages a trusting relationship, which I think helps to sell properties. Additionally, Walter's market knowledge has been invaluable to me as an investor looking to buy. All the staff at Hocking Stuart Armadale are lovely and very helpful - I have been very impressed.

Wally is very decent, hardworking and professional agent. He was accessible and approachable throughout the whole process and knowledge of the area we were selling in was first class. I’d highly recommend him.

Being interstate sellers, we were looking for a local agent that was reliable and professional. Hocking Stuart in Armadale had a solid track record of handling properties exactly like ours. Our agent and auctioneer, Walter Summons, established sound expectations in difficult market conditions, was very well-organized and communicative throughout, and went the extra mile helping us find trades and services to optimize the result.

Efficient, unflappable, organized. Everything you could hope for to sell your property with a minimum of fuss.

Walter provided an excellent lead for the HS - Armadale team in achieving the sale of my property. This was underpinned by strong communication, area knowledge, seeking potential customers and follow up throughout the sales campaign to generate buyer interest in the property. If you want an agent that love's real estate and customer interaction, give Walter a call !

Very pleased with the service and support offered by Wally and the team at Hocking Stuart Armadale.

I felt proud to have Walter Summons represent us. He is a true professional, communicating with us regularly throughout the campaign. His sound advice on how to prepare the property for sale and network of designers and tradespeople made this process easy. He then developed a strategic marketing campaign that reached the required audience to sell our home at Auction. A great result. Thank you to Walter and the HS team.

Walter and his team were great from the very start. We really appreciated his consistent and detailed communication throughout the campaign ensuring we had a realistic view of the property. Walter worked very hard with potential buyers and was able to get the right people to turn up on Auction day. The result exceeded our expectations.

I am delighted with the sales result which Walter delivered for my property. The whole process was easy and I especially appreciated his complete transparency throughout the process. Walter didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear, but he was always honest, and in the end that delivered an exceptional result for my Prahran property. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend engaging with Walter following the great experience we had in selling our property. Despite what was a tough time to be selling Walter was able to deliver a great result

Wally is an energetic and eager agent who guided me through the sale process. Wally kept me informed on the progress and buyer interest if my property. Wally’s knowledge of the local area of Prahran was a great and this was reflected in his ability to portray the apartment on both it’s features and stunning positioning on Auction Day. I would highly recommend Walter Summons as your next Agent/ Auctioneer.

Wally is very professional, approachable and friendly. He provides updates & reports every step of the way, very easy to communicate with. Thank you
