PRD supported us in renting a new house. Very helpful & efficient

We only have great experience with PRD, especially with Brody. She provides the best communication. Always keeping us informed and explain things clearly. She takes initiative to address potential issues. We appreciate PRD for their high standard of conduct and knowledge of managing our property. Thank you Brody and PRD team.

It was reassuring to be listened to when we needed to change our lovely unit in Soldiers Point from holiday let to full rental. Phillipa was very helpful with her advice and very quickly obtained an interested tenant. I am delighted to say that within two weeks the lease agreement was signed. I now look forward to her managing the property and have every confidence in her ability. Thank you Phillipa it is a pleasure to do business together. Regine
