This is my second time dealing with Fair Street Realty and I must say Rajnii has made my leasing experience very smooth & pleasant . She was very efficient in finalising our lease arrangements so that we could move in asap with our young family. After move in, she was quick & resourceful in sending over handyman / plumbers / cleaners to sort out little issues we found in the house. Overall, she and Manoj have been helpful with our queries and arrangements. Great agency to work with!

We are provided with exceptional services during the property findings, settlement, handover, improvement works after settlement and tenant selection. The Agent - all representatives provided us a good service in a timely manner. We were unavailable to attend the property being in interstate during settlement, the Agent was always there to update us and provided us information as required. Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.
