Overview of Seville Grove, WA, 6112

Rob has been an outstanding property manager. He consistently brings issues to my attention early, before they become bigger problems, which has saved me a lot of stress. He keeps me updated regularly and communicates clearly throughout, so I always know what's happening with my property. What I appreciate most is that Rob doesn't just tell me what to do — he lays out different options and explains the trade-offs, so I can make the best decision for value and impact. He also found great tenants quickly, minimizing vacancy time, and took sensible precautions to protect the property along the way. I'd highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a property manager who's proactive, communicative, and genuinely looks out for your interests.

The transition from one home to another through Rochelles assistance was second to none!

They communicated well, kept us in the loop and very minimal wait time!

Great communication and great service!

Lauren and Emma have been good with helping us - friendly team.

We live in SA and we were pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness of the Property Managers. Their willingness to help us and talk through the things we didn't know about. And we now have tenants in our property

Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!

Lisa is amazing! She worked around our schedule and made sure we could be in our home when we needed it.

We are so lucky to have such a great property manager in Lisa Myles. Polite, courteous, helpful and respectful. 10/10 from us.

We are provided with exceptional services during the property findings, settlement, handover, improvement works after settlement and tenant selection. The Agent - all representatives provided us a good service in a timely manner. We were unavailable to attend the property being in interstate during settlement, the Agent was always there to update us and provided us information as required. Our phone calls and emails were returned as practicable and courteous manner. We are looking forward to experience the journey of our next stages. I would recommend the Agent to others for their services.

I've used O'Neill realestate for several years now. Laurinda has always been professional and knowledgeable about the market, especially my area. Laurinda has always been available and patient in guiding me through the process of renting out my property. I would recommend O'Neill.

Our property management team at O'neil Real Estate has been very professional, with excellent customer support, they communicate effectively keeping us updated with the ongoing management of our property assets and even in-depth screening and picking the right tenants for us. Simply put, they made our lives a lot easier and simpler by doing all the work for us at a low cost. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get into real estate.
