I have been dealing with Harris Tripp for just about a week now after moving into my new place. They have been fantastic thus far. I was provided with all relevant documentation and keys upon my arrival at the office last Friday and, after settling in and completing my condition report, noted a number of issues that weren't major but would have been nice to rectify. Within 24 hours, my property manager Jorja came back to me with a detailed list of every action they would take to resolve each issue; including going well above and beyond what my expectations were. I hope this level of support continues as it is genuinely the best I have received in my ~10 years of renting properties.

Jorja has always been extremely responsive. If I called and she couldn’t answer, she would call me as soon as she was. There were some issues when I first moved in, some work had not yet been finished, and she organised it all to be finished within the hour. Very professional and would highly recommend her.
