Marc provided outstanding support by clearly briefing us on the leasing process, organising and coordinating property enhancement works, sourcing reliable tradespeople, and ensuring the work was carried out diligently. Tracy and Matthew handled the leasing process efficiently and were able to secure a tenant within a relatively short timeframe. Overall, a reliable and well-organised team that I would strongly recommend.

Even with the loss of a tenant, the effort to remedy and place someone leading up to the xmas period has been above and beyond expectations with a tenant locked in for the new year. I have been dealing with Harris Tripp for just about a week now after moving into my new place. They have been fantastic thus far. I was provided with all relevant documentation and keys upon my arrival at the office last Friday and, after settling in and completing my condition report, noted a number of issues that weren't major but would have been nice to rectify. Within 24 hours, my property manager Jorja came back to me with a detailed list of every action they would take to resolve each issue; including going well above and beyond what my expectations were. I hope this level of support continues as it is genuinely the best I have received in my ~10 years of renting properties.

Jorja has always been extremely responsive. If I called and she couldn’t answer, she would call me as soon as she was. There were some issues when I first moved in, some work had not yet been finished, and she organised it all to be finished within the hour. Very professional and would highly recommend her.
