Overview of Aveley, WA, 6069

Molly was fantastic to deal with when leasing out our property. She was friendly, professional and always really prompt in getting back to us. She kept us regularly updated throughout the process, including feedback from the open homes, which made the whole experience really easy from a landlord’s point of view. We were really happy with how smoothly everything was handled and felt confident that our property was in good hands.

A helpful team that was good to deal with remotely. Thanks guys

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Sam. She managed to rent my property within just three weeks, an excellent result. Throughout the entire process, Sam was friendly, attentive, professional and prompt. Communication always easy, and I felt well informed and supported from start to finish. It was a pleasure to work with Sam and she made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and hassle-free. I would happily recommend Xceed’s services to anyone looking to rent or manage their property. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, responsive, approachable and genuinely committed to getting results, I highly recommend giving them a call.

It was really very nice with rimi, she explained everything very nicely. Thank you Rimi

We have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ross Realty. As first-time landlords, we had a lot of questions and were unsure about the whole process, but the team made everything feel so easy and stress-free. A special mention to Tegan, who has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and always made us feel like we were in good hands. Bailey, our leasing agent, has also been fantastic. has been professional, responsive and so helpful throughout the leasing process, keeping us informed and making what could have been a daunting experience feel incredibly straightforward. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through our first experience as landlords. The level of communication, professionalism and genuine care has been outstanding.

She is a proactive agent. She assisted us effectively when needed and communicates well. Unlike many agents, she actually takes calls when required.

Communication process with the property manager and the stuff when I was picking up the keys really met my expectations. The experience with the house is great.

I have been a long term client of Vivid Property Perth who manages two properties for me. I have noticed continuous improvement in their processes and communication in leasing and ongoing management of properties. I am generally very happy with the service they provide now.

Friendly real estate agent upon house inspection, great communication and fast processing. They even call you to let you know you been approved rather than the generic email

Very happy with the service
