Only been with xceed for a couple of week. But found the staff to be very friendly and helpful

Good communication and service

I am really enjoying my new rental property and appreciate the service I had. However, I think the wait time for reachable out for assistance was excessively long and communication was a bit difficult. The ingoing condition report was a paper copy of 160 pages which I signed and then was expected to scan and return myself and I think that was excessive too. My agent asked me to leave in my letter box for a staff member to collect, which was very helpful, however it is still there after a month. I also don’t know about the bins or my storage space yet. But it’s not a big inconvenience really. It’s just that I don’t think I should have to chase up things like this,

Donna & the crew at Flick Realty Joondalup have been our property managers for 4 years now and never had any problems! When we came from over east & didn't know anymore here we were lucky enough to come across Donna through a google search and bam never looked back! I would like to say I was very pleased with how our property at Unit 6/2 Villa Pass Ellenbrook was re-leased and I think hardly even a week lapsed between tenants. I saw the "Online Virtual Tour" which I thought was excellent and helped in securing a new tenant. Great communication was also made between me and you agents (Olivia Vettler, Alison Thompson Jessica Sultanowsky) in vetting the new tenant and also on the property report and addressing maintenance issues. We had no reservations about letting our property to a first time tenant an 18 year old lady with no references (well you have to start at some time). Your agents are the eyes and ears for our property and with us being so far away on the east coast of Australia and also during historic stressful times we are all under I feel confident in having "Xceed" managing our two properties in Ellenbrook.
