Overview of Avondale, NSW, 2530

The property was rented quickly and the process was professional. Jye took care of some issues with the property maintenance. It was good experience to work with Spinelli and Jye.

emails followed by phone calls, clear and concise, always keeping the client in mind, up to date market knowledge, great listening skills enabling negotiation and problem solving of on behalf both parties. Reliable and punctual with communication, respectful of others, honest and ethical

I find the more experienced staff are more capable. I would like to see younger members of the team receive more mentoring in terms of skills and knowledge so they can better deal with the complexities of property management.

Fletchers have managed our property since 2014. They have selected great tenants and conducted inspections along the way to ensure the property is maintained well. Thank you Kirsten, Rob and the team at Fletchers.
