We were unavailable to attend the property being in interstate during settlement, the Agent was always there to update us and provided us information as required. Agency staff is professional and manage the property letting out process well. Improvement needed in communication, for eg. tebancy start date chaned after initial discussion during application review, however not communicated back until lease was signed.
