Elisha was and is so lovely! Through our whole process of applying to being accepted for the property she was great at keeping us in the loop. For key handover, again very lovely and informative. A very bright and welcoming person, we are lucky to have her as our property manager!

I have a very good experience with support team from Xceed especially Bella and Charlie from day one to have tenants into my leasing property. They were so efficient and very active. I would not have achieved it without their helps.

A new tenant was found literally within days as the previous tenants lease was ending. Great work from Camila and the team!

Everyone we have spoken to have been amazing. Fast communication and easy to deal with.

Very strong with knowledge of the house Asoon as I asked a question she had the answer ready for me and she was very polite and helpful, when I went to ask a question about the house she would either show or give the information needed, she did a spectacular job

Thank you to Karen and the team for helping us secure 29 Edensor, They all made the process easy to manage and speedy - Thanks again !!!

Emails was quick. Calls to myself or my partner, understanding of my partner's disability and her lack of information she could provide for the rental requirements

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Rajni. She is professional, honest, and completely dedicated to her clients. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She kept us well informed every step of the way and always went the extra mile to achieve the best possible result. If you’re looking for an agent who genuinely cares and delivers outstanding results, Rajni is the one to call. Highly recommended!

Full review From the moment I purchased the property, Rajini took care of everything—handling keys, inspections, and coordinating necessary repairs without delay. Their communication was prompt, clear, and proactive, which was especially important as I’m an interstate landlord. They demonstrated strong market knowledge, knowing exactly where to invest in improvements to attract quality tenants without overspending. Their negotiation skills were evident in securing a suitable tenant in less than a week. Professional, efficient, and genuinely reliable, they provided complete peace of mind throughout the entire process.
