Check-in in regular terms and respond within short time

It has been a good experience renting out a property through Century21 over the past 20 years. They have managed the property well and given timely reminders of works required such as smoke alarms, gutter cleaning etc and followed through getting quotes for required and making the management a pain free experience. I would highly recommend them … the property inspections are very well documented with great attention to detail with extensive reporting and a great number of photos to allay any worry. The property felt very secure under their careful management. The staff? Couldn’t ask for any better!

I was new to renting. Century 21 in Rockingham made this process extremely easy for me. They were professional helpful and extremely friendly. If there was a fault or problem in the house I would simply write an email and they would respond straight away and always within two hours. A tradesperson was at the property to fix the situation. The house was maintained at all times. The gutters were cleaned. The smoke detectors were serviced. The garage door was serviced. The air-conditioner was serviced. I was able to do modifications to the property to suit my children’s needs. My pets were welcomed to the property too. The staff were all so well mannered and such caring and kind ladies. I could not fault century 21 in Rockingham. I would highly recommend this Realestate for anyone wanting to buy a property, rent a property or use this team as your property manager. As a landlord of a property let by century 21 I have no bad reports. There was room for slight improvement and these requests were always carried out. On routine inspections C21 needed to be a little firmer with the upkeep requests of the house. I frequently did drive Bys to check on the exterior. The gardens were not really checked, and the weeds were sometimes out of control which I found disappointing. I eventually sold the house and Adam Roberts was very helpful
