Had good discussions with Sue and Nathasha regarding Tennant. Any issue is clearly communicated and resolved quickly.

Natasha is super responsive to calls and questions Followed when she said she would, great communication

The Professionals Wellstead Team were very friendly and helpful throughout my rental process. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for an excellent management team.

Natasha went out of the way to help us secure a place. Communicated on the outcomes in a timely manner and helped us on each step of the process

The agent was very knowledgeable and friendly to all clients at the property. She was extremely efficient in sending through communication regarding the house.

Ross Realty have managed our property for the past 4 years. For the entire duration they have been excellent to deal with in terms on providing advice, knowledge around legislation, need for maintenance and reminders for scheduled maintenance. They have always managed excellent relationships with tenants and understand what is important to an investor / property owner. In an iundustry with high turnover of staff, we have had Ashlee as our Property Manager since the outset. She's fantastic! We have no hesitation in recommending Ross Realty for any property investor looking for a properly resourced agent.

The team at Wellstead are fantastic! Totally professional.

Professional and reliable service from Orana. Very happy with the experience 🙏🙏

First time renting a house and received lots of support and advice on what we needed to do. Really took the pressure of us and have great confidence in the team moving forward. Changes advised allowed us to get a higher rental price and we are really happy. The app is awesome to keep track of the property and we are delighted we chose Orana
