Professional and friendly.

Ross Realty have managed our property for the past 4 years. For the entire duration they have been excellent to deal with in terms on providing advice, knowledge around legislation, need for maintenance and reminders for scheduled maintenance. They have always managed excellent relationships with tenants and understand what is important to an investor / property owner. In an iundustry with high turnover of staff, we have had Ashlee as our Property Manager since the outset. She's fantastic! We have no hesitation in recommending Ross Realty for any property investor looking for a properly resourced agent.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for Heidi's outstanding assistance throughout the rental process. Her keen understanding of our needs, prompt communication with landlords and other tenants, and proactive approach ensured that we achieved the best possible outcome. Her high level of professionalism and efficiency have made this experience smooth and stress-free. Thanks once again for her outstanding service.

Friendly, professional and helpful agents. Stacey Carrington is our agent and came out to personally introduce herself when we picked up the keys, lovely lady.
