Teneille and the team have been a blessing to deal with, after a challenging start with a market dip, they secured great tenants and been very transparent along the way. Zoe is exceptionally thorough with her reports and rental inspections - everything is documented and captured. All in all a stress free experience for the 12 months ive been using PN.

Teneille and the team have been with us on our property investment journey for a long time. They have deep market knowledge of our local area and our property is generally leased within a very short time with good rent. They are also looking after our property and provide great advice in maintenance issues. We are very happy with the Property North team and they will remain a key partner to achieving our property investment goals.

We felt Property North handled the transition to ownership from the builder with easy due to the accessible and helpful staff. The discussions around key areas of marketing and market knowledge were well explained and we had no resistance with adding our input to achieve the best outcome and realize our investment.

Helped me with the after process of the application approval. In constant communication to get things sorted.

Excellent communicator and always prompt response. Vivid understand my concerns and property needs very well. Always give me guidance and support and clear directions regarding the transition of my property from old to new tenant recently. The desired outcome turned out to be a thankful and delightful experience for me and indeed far exceeded my expectations. Every phase of the re-tenanting process was so well-planned, organized, managed and executed and was smoothly, seamlessly and swiftly accomplished within quite a short time. I was even updated and comprised of any pertinent information daily. My sincere appreciation to Niki, Michele, Jasmine and the entire leasing team for their sedulous efforts and time to make this transition a success. Kudos and my hearty thanks go to Vivid Property Perth! Margaret
