As soon as I cancelled the previous agent, Tina was on top of everything within a week. Including securing a tenant from the first open after 5 weeks with no tenant from previous agent. Communication was A1 no passing the buck. Knowledge is more than enough. As I say property managers are like a monopoly board...land on the wrong square and you reduce your investment. My new property manager (Jaimee) was incredibly helpful and responsive. I was shocked by how quickly she answered my many questions and organised everything so that the moving process was as seamless and straightforward as possible. Everything was made clear to me and by the time I was handed the keys I had zero questions. The easiest and smoothest interaction I’ve had with a property management service provider ever.
